With over 10,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, the Bay Valley sales team is ready to make your event a success! Vaulted ceilings, breathtaking views of the golf course, and uniare just a few of the unique elements of our conference and banquet space.
For large conferences or banquets up to 400 people, the Royal Troon Ballroom features 5,032 square feet of floor space. Equipped with partitions, the ballroom can be broken down to intermediate sizes of 900, 1520, 1800, 2488 and 2584 square feet. These sizes comfortably accommodate events from 50 to 200 guests.
For smaller banquets or meetings, Bay Valley has a number of rooms to fit your specific needs. The Falkirk/Stonehaven rooms, pictured above-left, is an ideal size for groups from 24 to 70. The Gleneagles room pictured above-right is perfect for small meetings up to 10 people.
